A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing Paige and Ben's wedding. The skies were perfect for a beautiful photo shoot which lent itself to amazing lighting. Paige was one of the most excited and expressive brides I have ever worked with-she was never without a smile or intense expression that lit up the room. The photos below prove that! Paige and Ben also did some really unique extras like (my favorite) a dessert bar, they gave their favorite novels as favors, and used every vibrant shade one could think of to decorate- it was awesome! I had a wonderful time getting to know Paige, Ben, their family and friends and it was a blessing to be a part of their special day! Congrats to both of you! Enjoy!

Crystal & Walter : Engaged & Married...

But... for the marriage part you'll have to wait a few. I did this engagement session the last day of June and finally am catching up on my blogging. I have been so blessed with so many amazing couples, and Crystal and Walter are another to add to that list! We originally planned to do their session at Sunset Cliffs, but the tide was too high so we headed up to La Jolla and shot at cove. Many times when I start a session with a couple, I ask them what they think their chemistry is like, it gives me a feel for what level of comfort they have in front of the camera. Well, Crystal and Walter responded to that question with "Great" and proceeded into a kiss! I knew instantly that they would be stunning in front of the camera. Take a look at the teasers below... Cathy and Harvey were married the last weekend in June. I met Cathy and Harvey from one of our couples from last year, Athena and John. The minute I met these two, we just clicked. I knew after that meeting that they were going to be such a great couple to photograph. Cathy has such a spunky side and Harvey has a smile the lights up any room. This couple is infectious! I posted a few of my many favorites from the day, including a shot with their awesome blue uplighting! Ashley & Joe: The Wedding

You may remember Ashley and Joe from their awesome engagement session a couple of months back... Well, couple of weeks ago, I got to meet up with them again when I had the pleasure of photographing their beautiful wedding at the La Costa Resort. Ashley was simply stunning, and Joe looking dapper, they celebrated their marriage with friends and family on a sunny Friday evening. The day went off without a hitch, there was such a joyful and peaceful presence the entire day. It just seemed everyone genuinely really enjoyed themselves, the way you'd hope it would be. I posted a couple of teasers below. Ashley is so photogenic, she's just so natural in front of the camera... The pic of her is one of my favorites from the day! Jennifer & Andrew : the wedding

As part of my June wedding marathon, I had the absolute pleasure to shoot the wedding of Jennifer and Andrew. It was a rather warm day in Temecula, but the heat could not wilt this affair! Jennifer looked stunning as she came down the aisle, and clearly Andrew agreed(1st pic)! I didn't have the opportunity to meet these two before there wedding, we did our bookings over the phone and Andrew was out of town for a new job until just before the wedding... that being said, these two were so sweet, I felt like I had known them for a while. Everything was beautiful, the flowers especially added so much vibrance to this great day! I had such a pleasure spending the day with Jennifer and Andrew, thanks for having me along! Congrats and enjoy!
